I have worked at Therapy Associates for 3 years. Great support and fantastic BCBAs to work with! They will supervise your hours if you are working towards your BCBA.

Communication is so key in this field, and their communication is great! The BCBAs and all the people there are very helpful and ready to guide you through every step. Work/life balance is manageable, and you can pick your own schedule.

Working here is great, it’s very flexible. The team is very responsive. I’ve been here for 3 years already and the BCBAs and families that I have received in that time have been nothing but amazing!
