Benjamin Halberstam
Director |
| Dr. Halberstam received a BA in English from Queens College and a MS and PhD in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Dr. Halberstam has more than 10 years of clinical and supervisory experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and served as an assistant and associate professor at Lehman College of CUNY and St. John's University. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. |

Dina Mensch

| Dina has a BA from Amherst College and a JD from New York University School of Law. Dina came to Therapy Associates as a mid-career change. She now oversees the administration of the agency and is the go-to person for most concerns and special requests. |

Deborah Herzog
Assistant Administrator |
| Deborah graduated from Yale University with degrees in Spanish and Political Science and has a Master's Degree in Spanish Philology from Middlebury College. Deborah was captain of her track team and competed in the heptathalon. Prior to working at Therapy Associates Deborah taught middle and high school Spanish to both mainstream children and children with learning disabilities. Deborah handles all matters pertaining to practitioner training and development. |

| Shira ensures that the billing department runs smoothly and efficiently. She takes care of any questions regarding therapist payment and family inquiries into services billed. In her spare time, Shira loves to bake and often treats the office staff to her delights. |

| Sarah is the go to person at the Therapy Associates. She makes sure that all visitors and all calls get to where they need to go. Sarah is studying for her BA when she is not keeping the office running smoothly. |

| Tova works to ensure that therapy runs smoothly and that families are happy with their practitioners. She earned her bachelor's degree in education in 2007 from Maimonides College. In her spare time she enjoys choir singing. |
